Follow the steps below to create a signature<\/strong> in Windows Live Mail<\/strong>. Your signature then appears automatically at the bottom of every new message, so you don’t have to type your name, phone and address each time.<\/p>\n

Start > open Windows Live Mail.<\/p>\n

  1. In the lower-left corner click Mail<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. In the upper-left corner open the File<\/strong> menu, click Options<\/strong> and then Mail<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. The Options dialog box opens.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Signatures<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n
  5. Under Signatures click New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Under Edit Signature, either type your signature in the text box, or click File<\/strong> and Browse<\/strong> to select a text or HTML file containing your signature and click Open.<\/li>\n
  7. Click OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To add the signature to all messages automatically, tick Add signatures to all outgoing messages<\/strong>. If you use more than one signature, select the one you want and click Set as Default<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
