This guide is for Outlook Express (Windows 98 \/ XP).<\/strong> It is kept for users who still use this version. For current devices and programs:
E-mail Setup Wizard (TR)<\/a>Can’t Send or Receive E-mail?<\/a>Webmail Login<\/a><\/div>\n

Follow these steps to set up Outlook Express with the e-mail address and password you were given.<\/p>\n

Example: user name yourname@yourdomain.com<\/strong>, password ******<\/p>\n

  1. Open Outlook Express (Start > Programs > Outlook Express).<\/li>\n
  2. Go to Tools > Accounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Add > Mail<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the name you want recipients to see and click Next.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter your e-mail address and click Next.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter the incoming and outgoing mail servers and click Next.<\/li>\n
  7. Enter your user name (your full e-mail address<\/strong>) and password and click Next, then Finish. At this point you can receive but not yet send mail \u2013 continue with the steps below.<\/li>\n
  8. Go to Tools > Accounts<\/strong> again and double-click your account.<\/li>\n
  9. On the Servers<\/strong> tab, under Outgoing Mail Server, tick My server requires authentication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  10. On the Advanced<\/strong> tab set the server ports (see the current settings below).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    SSL\/TLS settings for ASO Web mail servers<\/h2>\n

    If your e-mail is hosted on ASO Web servers, the settings shown in the steps above (mail.yourdomain.com, ports 110\/587 without encryption) still work. To set up your e-mail with an encrypted SSL\/TLS connection, use:<\/p>\n
