E-mail Mailbox Quota Full: What to Do

In short: A full e-mail quota means your server mailbox has reached its storage limit and new mail bounces. Fix it by 1) deleting unneeded and large messages in webmail (and emptying Trash and Spam), or 2) setting up the account as POP3 on a computer to download messages and remove them from the server after some days.

Note: with IMAP, messages deleted on the server are also deleted on all devices.
