How to Use a Corporate Email Address on the Gmail Platform?

You can set up your corporate email address (e.g. isminiz@şirketiniz.com) on the Gmail platform to use all the advanced features Google has developed for Gmail. Set up your corporate mail as POP on free 15 GB storage. After installation, you will benefit from advanced features such as Gmail filtering, antispam, antivirus, labeling, etc. You receive your corporate messages using the Gmail platform and send mail via your corporate email using Gmail.

First of all, you must have 1 personal Gmail account.

To receive e-mail

  1. Log in to your personal Gmail account.
  2. From the right side select Settings and view all settings.
  3. Click the Accounts and Import tab.
  4. In “Check mail from other accounts:” click on the “Add email address” link. A yellow window will open
  5. Write your name and email address (corporate email [email protected]). “The Next Step”.
  6. Select “Import emails from my other account (POP3)” and click “Next”
  7. Username: your e-mail address
    Password: Password of your corporate email addressistrong,
    POP Server: mail.alanadiniz.com
    Port 110
    By clicking the Add Account button, you add your account as POP.
  8. send an e-mail with a confirmation code to the corporate address [email protected]. You must approve this. (you can confirm from the webmail panel)

To Send E-mail

  1. Log in to your personal Gmail account.
  2. From the right side select Settings and view all settings.
  3. Click the Accounts and Import tab.
  4. Click on the “Add an email address” link in “Send mail from”. Sarı bir pencere açılacaktır
  5. Type your name and Email address (corporate email [email protected]). Uncheck the box “Treat as an alias.” “Next Step”.
  6. SMTP Server: mail.yourcompany.com
    Username: your e-mail address
    Password: Password of your corporate email address

    Insecure Connection (or you can try TLS and SSL but the port changes)
    You add your account as POP by clicking on the Add Account button.
  7. send an e-mail with a confirmation code to the corporate address [email protected]. You must approve this. (you can confirm from the webmail panel)

Incoming mail will arrive in your email box.

To send mail from your corporate email address;

Incoming mail will land in your Gmail inbox. However, in order to send via your corporate email, you must set your corporate email address to Default in the “Send mail from” section of the “Accounts and Import” tab in the settings.

When you set up your corporate email address on the Gmail platform on your desktop computer, you do not need to make any additional settings on your mobile and tablet computers. Messages you send from your phone and tablet will be sent from your corporate mail.
